NOTICE OF STAY PENDING DELAYED APPEAL
JOHN C. MOURADIAN (P 18040). 285 Whims Court. Rochester, MI 48063. Respondent was suspended for a period of thirty (30) days ef- fective June 14, 1983 (See Board Notice dated June 14. 1983.) However, after expiration of the 30 day period of suspension, but before auto- matic reinstatement which would have been operative by the filing of an Affidavit of Compliance with the discipline order, the Board granted a delayed motion for review of the panel suspension. The Board affirmed the thirty day suspension and Respondent has appealed to the Supreme Court. The stay remains in effect pursuant to GCR 1963, 971.3.
