The hearing panel found that Respondent had been convicted of the crime of Gross Sexual Imposition, a felony under the laws of the State of Ohio; that Respondent took no appeal from such conviction and further that there was no evidence in miti- gation other than testimony purporting to contravene commission of the crime.
