NOTICE OF REVOCATION
JEROME S. SLOAN, 1719 N. Broad St., Room 625, Phildelphia, PA 19122, by Attorney Discipline Board Macomb County Hearing Panel #3. (1) Revocation (2) Effective April 28, 1983. The Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission filed a Formal Complaint charging that Respondent was suspended from the practice of law for 3 years by the Supreme Court of Pen- nsylvania. The Pennsylvania authorities made the following findings: That Respondent knowingly participated in a scheme or plan to prepare false evidence, that Respondent made mis- representations to an insurance company to the effect that the proceeds of certain litigation were an asset of a trust, that Respondent simulated the signature of a purported trust settlor [who was then deceased] on a back dated trust docu- ment, that Respondent engaged in dishonest, fraudulent, deceitful or misrepresentative conduct in causing letters of administration to be sought under oath. The disciplinary board of the Surpeme Court of Pennsylvania found violations of Canons 1 and 7, to-wit: DR1-102(A)(4)(6) and DR7-102(A) (3), (41, ( 5 ) and (6). Respondent stipulated to revocation of his license in Michigan pursuant to MGCR 1963, 964.13, the Pennsylvania discipline constituting a violation of Canon 1, DR1-102(A) (1)( 6 ) and MGCR 1963, 953 (2-4), and thereby giving rise to reciprocal discipline in Michigan.
