The hearing panel found t h a t Respondent f a i l e d t o comply with a p r i o r order of d i s c i p l i n a r y suspension by f a i l i n g t o pay c o s t s ordered i n t h e amount of $284.84; Respondent f a i l e d t o answer t h e Grievance Administrator 's Request f o r Inves t iga t ion i n regard t o s a i d v i o l a t i o n . The hear ing panel r epor ted t h a t Respondent d id no t appear before t h e panel and, on t h e b a s i s of t h e d e f a u l t , found t h a t t h e charges were es t ab l i shed . The panel considered p r i o r misconduct of a reprimand i n 1970, 15 day suspension, 1982, and a 60 day suspension which was e f f e c t i v e September 23, 1982. The panel ordered the add i t ion- a l per iod of suspension t o commence "from t h e da te upon which Respondent complies with the requirements of (a p r i o r ) hearing panel order o f suspension ..." The suspension i n t h e p resen t case (DP-271/82) w i l l no t begin u n t i l t he end of t h e p r i o r suspension which remains i n e f f e c t , Respondent no t having f i l e d t h e r e q u i s i t e a f f i d a v i t f o r auto- matic re ins ta tement .
