The panel found v i o l a t i o n s of the Code of Profess ional Responsib i l i ty , to-wit: Canon 1, DR1-102(A) (1)( 5) (6) , Canon 6 , DR6-lOl(A) ( 3 ) and Canon 7 , DR7-lOl(A) (1-3) and GCR 953(1)- (4) and (7) .
Respondent was suspended f o r a period of 15 days and u n t i l c los ing of t h e e s t a t e s i n ques t ion . (A f u r t h e r no t i ce regarding s t a t u s of t h i s a t to rney s h a l l be i ssued upon compliance with t h e d i s c i p l i n e o rde r . ) Costs were assessed i n t h e amount of $284.84.
