This is to inform the Courts of the State of Michigan of the following Order of Discipline: NOTICE OF REPRIMAND File No. DP 70181 Related: DP 101/81 JAMES A. CARLIN, (P11615), 1800 Buhl Building, Detroit, Michigan 48ZZb, by the Attorney Discipline Board, Wayne Circuit Hearing Panel "N". (1) Reprimand; ( 2 ) Effective September 29, 1981. The Hearing Panel found that Respondent failed to pay costs assessed in a prior disciplinary order. The Hearing Panel noted a history of prior misconduct and assessed additional costs of $66.06, noting that the costs assessed in the prior case were not paid within the time required.
