I t w a s found t h a t Respondent made t h e s e f a l s e s t a t emen t s i n t h e
hope of having t h e p e t i t i o n s ass igned t o a Judge f avo rab ly d i sposed toward l i c e n s e r e s t o r a t i o n s . Respondent a l s o made f a l s e s t a t emen t s i n a motion f o r d i s m i s s a l on one of t h e m a t - ters and made a f a l s e s t a t emen t t o t h e Court f o r which he w a s c i t e d f o r contempt.
