Respondent admitted misconduct as charged i n two separate counts. One matter involved f a i l u r e t o comply w i t h a Circuit Court order requiring that Respondent add a certain corporate defendant in a pending c i v i l matter; Respondent's f a i lu re to do so resulted i n d i s - missal of his c l i e n t ' s claim and a judgement against Respondent. The second count charged tha t Respondent represented a married couple i n a c iv i l action ar is ing out of a purc!~aseo f certain real property, entered h i s appearance i n the pending c i r cu i t court f i l e , and that Respondent subsequently terminated his private practice in Kent County but fa i led t o notify said c l i e n t s tha t he was leaving the county, t ha t Respondent fa i led to respond t o the inquiries of said c l i e n t s regarding the s ta tus of the case, t h a t Respondent fai led or refused t o comply with requests by the c l i e n t and subst i tute counsel fo r the return of cer tain documents and f i l e materials, including original receipts , t ha t subs t i tu te counsel was required t o conduct the t r i a l without the use of said original documents. The admitted counts charged violations of GCR 953(1) (2) (4) and the Code of Professional Responsi bil i t y , Canon 1 , DR 1-1 02( (1) (5)( 6), Canon 2, DR 2 - l l O ( ~ ) ( 2 ) ,C anon 6 , DR 6-1010\)(2)(3), C a n o n 7 , DR 7-101(& (1-3) and Canon 9, DR 9-102(B)(4).
