The Hearing Panel considered two consol idated Formal Complaints involving a t o t a l of e i g h t Counts. The Panel d i s - missed two Counts, but found t h a t Respondent had admitted f a i l - ure t o answer t h e Grievance Adminis t ra tor ' s Request f o r Inves- t i g a t i o n i n t h r e e separa te ma t t e r s , which c o n s t i t u t e s misconduct d i s t i n c t from the subs tan t ive a l l e g a t i o n s . The Panel a l s o found t h a t Respondent neglected a divorce ma t t e r , f a i l e d t o keep t h e c l i e n t advised of t h e s t a t u s of t h e case and f a i l e d t o take any a c t i o n inc luding a c t i o n t o prevent d i smissa l o r cause r e i n s t a t e - ment a f t e r d ismissa l . Respondent was found t o have neglected a sepa ra te personal i n j u r y mat ter and f a i l e d t o t ake any a c t i o n t o r e i n s t a t e t h e case upon d i smissa l f o r f a i l u r e of Respondent t o appear a t a p r e - t r i a l hear ing, and f a i l e d t o n o t i f y h i s
c l i e n t s of s a i d d i smissa l . The Respondent sought review by t h e Attorney Disc ip l ine Board.
Respondent was assessed c o s t s
i n t h e amount of $561.94 and was requi red by t h e Hearing Panel t o make r e s t i t u t i o n i n t h e amount of $100 t o one c l i e n t p r i o r t o reinstatement .
