This is to inform the Courts of the State of Michigan of the following Order of Discipline: NOTICE OF SUSPENSION PENDING APPEAL File No. 36528 - A DAVID M. JUTKOWITZ, (P25885), 3715 Cadillac Tower, Detroit, Michigan, 48226, for a period of 45 days by Wayne Circuit Hearing Panel " G " . Respondent filed a Petition for a Review and Stay of Discipline; however, Respondent requested removal of the Stay and an adjournment of the Review Hearing, which was granted. Therefore, the suspension of 45 days was effective August 1, 1981. Respondent will be eligible for reinstatement on September 15, 1981.
