This is to inform the Courts of the State of Michigan of the following Order of Discipline: NOTICE OF REPRIMAND File No. DP-105/80 ROSS JOHN FAZIO, (P133251, 1056 City National Bank Building, Detroit, Michigan 48226, by the Attorney Discipline Board. ( 1 Reprimand ; (2) Effective July 27, 1981. The Board in its opinion affirmed the Hearing Panel finding of neglect in the probate of a certain estate over a period of several years. The Board noted certain evidence in mitigation including 23 years of an unblemished record in the practice of law and eventual closing of the estate; it was also noted that the Grievance Administrator did not oppose modification of the discipline requested and that Respondent paid certain losses sustained by the estate due to the neglect. Respondent was assessed the costs in the amount of $91.00.
