The Formal Complaint charged that Respondent was convicted in the United States Dist r ic t Court for the Eastern Dist r ic t o f Michigan based upon a plea o f nolo contendere on three ( 3) counts o f wi l l ful failure to fi le Federal Income Tax returns, in violation o f 26 U.S.C. 6 7203, in violation o f CCR 953[ 5).
Pursuant to CCR 964.6(e), the Attorney Discipline Board approved the request fo r consent Order o f Reprimand. No costs were assessed.
