NOTICE OF REPRIMAND File No. DP-30180 PAUL K . ZOSEL, JR., (P22757), 803 Foxdale, Winnetka, IL 60093, by Order of t he Attorney Discipline Board approving a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline.

(1) Reprimand; (2) Effective April 29, 1981. The Formal Complaint charged that Respondent, upon being paid a retainer, promised to institute proceedings against his client's employer, that Respondent represented to the client that he had filed sui t , and was thereafter paid additional fees, that Respondent repeatedly represented that he had in- st i tuted a sui t , and that he was awaiting a trial date, that upon the client's investigation, 3-112 years af ter t he time of retainer, it was discovered tha t suit had never been filed. The Complaint charged violations of GCR 953(1-4) and Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, to-wit: DR 1-102(A) (4-6). and Canon 6, D R 6-1 01 (A) ( 3).
Pursuant to admissions to certain charges in the Complaint, and a Stipulation between the Grievance Administrator and Respondent, the Attorney Discipline Board approved a discipline of reprimand sought by the parties under GCR 964.6(e). Jw/& L i I David Baker Lewis, Secretary
