?his is to inform the Courts of the State of Michigan of the following Order of Discipline: NOTICE OF REPRIMAND File No. 36854-A EDWARD G. WAGENVELD, (P259601, 82 W. 12th Street, Holland, MI 49423, by Attorney Discipline Board Berrien Circuit Hearing Panel, vacating a certain order of suspension pending completion of proceedings. ?he Formal Canplaint filed in September, 1979, charged that Respondent was retained to institute land contract forfeiture proceedings, that Respondent was paid a retainer of $125, that Respondent thereafter was inaccessible to his clients and failed to return documents as requested by the client, failed to return said retainer, that said clients were to required to seek substitute counsel and that Respondent failed to answer the Request for Investigation filed by the Grievance Administrator, in violation of GCR 953 and Canons 1 and 9 of the Code of Pro- fessional Responsibility. Respondent filed with the panel a claim of incapacitation as a reason for his inability to appear before the panel; this resulted in an order of indefinite suspension pursuant to GCR 964.8 pending completion of the proceedings. Pursuant to subsequent appearance and answer by Respondent, the panel conducted a hearing and vacated the order of suspension, which had been in effect for 15 months, and entered an order of reprimand assessing costs in the amount of $265.15.
