The Hearing Panel found, i n r e l a t i o n t o Count I , t h a t t h e r e was c o n s i d e r a b l e confus ion sur rounding t h e pro- b a t i n g of t h e estate caused i n p a r t by c i rcumstances beyond
Respondent ' s c o n t r o l and t h e a c t i o n s of t h e r e s i d u a r y l e g a t e e ; t h e r e f o r e , t h e Panel found no p r o f e s s i o n a l misconduct on Respondent 's p a r t i n r e l a t i o n t o t h e s u b s t a n t i v e charge and d i smissed Count I . The Pane l d i d f i n d a v i o l a t i o n of GCR 953 ( 7 ) f o r Respondent ' s f a i l u r e t o t i m e l y answer t h e Request f o r I n v e s t i g a t i o n .
