( 1) Reprimand; (2) Effective May 12, 1981. The Hearing Panel found as follows: Respondent was retained and g iven a power o f attorney, and did sell equipment a t a pr ivate sale, based upon a judgment that such was advantageous t o h i s cl ient, tha t the c l ient informed Respondent that the pr ice obtained was acceptable, that subse- quept t o the sale, t he c l ient discovered that said equipment had been resold for substantially more than the pr ice obtained b y Respondent, that there was no proof in the record that the p roper ty was actually sold for more than the c l ient had received from Respondent, that no deliberate i n j u r y was done to the client. However, the Panel did find that Respondent failed t o maintain complete records and render an appropriate account to h i s cl ient regard ing the proper ty sale, in violation o f Canon 9, DR 9-102(B) ( 3 ) . Res- pondent plead no contest t o Count II , alleging fai lure t o answer the Request for Investigation. The Panel noted that there was no record o f p r i o r disci- pline, and assessed costs in the amount of $847.39.
