The Complaint f u r t h e r charges tha t Respondent was retained t o probate a certa in estate, represented t o the c l ient tha t " the W i l l had been f i led" and tha t proceedings were progressing when no pet i t ion t o probate t he W i l l had been fi led, several months a f te r the time o f retainer. Respondent was charged w i t h fa i l ing t o answer the Grievance Administrator 's Request fo r Investigation regard ing the grievances o f two (2) separate clients, in violation o f GCR 962.1, and 953. The Complaint charged substant ive violations o f Canons 1, 6, 7 and 9 o f t h e Code o f Pro- fessional Responsibil ity, to-wit : DR 1-102(A) (4-6), DR 6-101 ( A ) (3), DR 7-101 (A)(1-4) and DR 9-102(B)(1) and CCR 953 (1-4).

The Hear ing Panel fou'nd that the allegations were proven b y a pre- ponderance o f the evidence and the ru les c i ted had been violated. The panel
