Respondent sought and was granted inactive s ta tus by t he former State Bar Grievance Board in September of 1978, pursuant to a petition indicating certain physical disability. The Formal Complaint pending a t tha t time was held in abeyance. By petition filed July 9, 1980, Respondent sought and was granted a re turn to active s ta tus . In proceedings before t h e Hearing
Panel, Respondent admitted t he allegations of the pending Formal Complaint; in consideration of disabilitv factors, and Respondent having been on inactive s t a tu s for a period of more than two ( 2 ) years , and in fur ther consideration of Respondent's restitution and payment of the costs of prior proceedings,
t h e Hearing Panel rendered a discipline of reprimand, simultaneous with a n Order of Reinstatement. Costs were assessed in the amount of $109.00.
