The four-count Formal Complaint charged tha t Respondent received a retainer and agreed t o insti tute divorce proceedings and failed t o do so and misrepresented t o his client t h a t a Complaint had been fi led; t h a t Respondent, in a separate matter, failed to institute divorce proceedings for a second client after receiving a retainer; in the third matter, Respondent received a retainer t o institute divorce proceedings, filed a Complaint b u t neglected the matter and filed no further pleadings; t h a t , finally, Respondent, in his answer t o the Grievance Administrator, made false representations regarding a purported publication of an Order t o Answer a divorce Complaint in a legal news publication, said acts of alleged misconduct being in violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility, Canon 1 , DR 1-102 ( A ) (4 ) , Canon 6, DR 6-101 ( A ) ( 3 ) , Canon 7 , DR 7-101 ( A ) (1-3) and GCR 953 (1 -4) . A consolidated Complaint charged Respondent with addi - tional neglect in yet another divorce matter wherein Respondent f i 1e d a Complaint for Divorce b u t failed t o diligently pursue said matter; the consolidated Complaint charges t h a t Respondent failed t o respond t o inquiries by the Friend of the Court requesting verification of service of process on the defendant named in the divorce action. After a full hearing on the Formal Complaint, the Hearing Panel found that Respondent had violated Canons 6 and 7 (involving neglect and failure t o carry ou t contract of employment) in relation t o Count I, Count I11 and the consolidated single-count Complaint. The Panel dismissed Coun t I I and IV of the Complaint due t o insuffi- cient evidence. Although dismissing Count IV, the Panel took note of an apparent forgery of an affidavit purportedly signed by Respon- dent's client and notarized by Respondent; no disciplinary action
