Respondent was charged in a nine(g>count Formal Complaint charg- ing various ac ts of misconduct in the representation of a business c l i e n t , including f a i lu re to properly advise said c l i en t regarding cer tain unethical and criminal conduct by said c l i e n t , counseling and assis t ing said c l i e n t in the deception of the c l i e n t ' s employer and f a i lu re , neglect and refusal to advise said c l i en t t o disclose and rec t i fy said c l i e n t ' s deception of his employer in regard t o several separate transactions. The Complaint charged violations of Canon 1 , Canon 2 , Canon 7 of the Code of Profes- sional Responsi bi 1i ty , and the Discipl inary Rules s e t for th a t GCR 953 (1- 5) , as well as the provisions of MCLA 750.249. The Complaint a lso a1 leged that Respondent permitted the improper witnessing and/or notarization of three deeds. In a Stipulation fo r Discipline by Consent, the Respondent acknowledged 1i mi ted responsi bi 1i t y , in relat ion to Counts I through V of the Formal Complaint, f o r permitting the use of his c l i e n t ' s t r u s t account for improper t ransfer of funds by a business c l i e n t , although Respondent derived no personal p ro f i t therefrom, said conduct being in violation of Canon 2 , DR 2-1 10 ( B ) ( 2 ) of the Code of Professional Respon- s i b i l i t y and GCR 953 ( 4 ) . In said St ipulat ion, in regard to Count VI through VIII of the Formal Complaint, the Respondent fur ther admitted responsibility for the f a i l u r e t o properly supervise the execution and verification of cer ta in deeds, in violation of Canon 6 , DR 6-101 (A) (3 ) of the Code of Professional Responsi bi 1i t y and GCR 953 ( 4 ) . Therefore, t o the limited extent indicated, Respondent admitted some responsibil i ty for the conduct s e t for th in Counts I through VIII of the Formal Complaint. Count IX of the Complaint was dismissed with prejudice. The Attorney Discipline Board approved the Consent/Discipline of Reprimand requested by the parties.
