I n a second count, Respondent was charged wi th s o l i c i t a t i o n o f a separate c l i e n t awaiting arraignment on a separate date; Count I 1 alleged that Respondent stated
t o the prospective c l i e n t that he would be able t o obtain dismissal o f the t r a f f i c charges and that the prospective c l i e n t had never met Respondent, was not acquainted with him and d id not desire or request
Respondent's representation i n the matter, said conduct being i n vio- l a t i o n o f GCR 953 (1) (4) , DR 1-102 (A) ( I ) , DR 1-102 (A) (5-6) and DR 2-103 (A). The Grievance Administrator and Respondent entered i n t o a St ipulat ion whereby Respondent admitted the al legations o f the Formal
Complaint. On consideration o f the whole record, the Attorney Disci- p l i ne Board approved the Consent/Di scipl ine Agreement.
