Respondent was charged with repeated neglect and mishandling of a probate matter, including fa i 1u re t o f i l e an inventory and take action t o close the es ta te , f i l i ng of a second account without giving notice thereof o r notice of the Hearing f o r Allowance thereof t o the attorney representing an heir, refusal t o d is t r ibute assets , f a i lu re t o invest cash assets as required by s ta tu te , resulting i n expenses, court fees and attorney fees t o the e s t a t e which would not otherwise have been charged, i n violation of MCLA 704.37, Probate Court Rule 107.1 and 107.2 and the Code of Professional Responsibility, Canons 1 and 6, DR 1-102 (5) and DR 6-102 ( A ) (3) and GCR 953 (1-4). The Complaint a l so charges tha t Respondent fa i led t o answer the Request f o r Investigation forwarded by the Grievance Administrator in violation of GCR 953 ( 7 ) . The Grievance Administrator and the Respondent f i l e d a Stipulation and pursuant to GCR 964.6 ( e ) requested approval of the Consent/Discipline Agreement by the Attorney Discipline Board.
