(1) Suspension; (2) For a period of 120 days; (3) Effective September 8, 1980.
Respondent was charged in a five-count Formal Complaint with: neglect of a persona1 injury claim resul t ing in dismissal of said claim and f a i l u r e to inform the c l i e n t of the s t a tus of said 1 i t i ga t ion , f a i l u r e to properly f i l e Social Security claim resulting in lengthy delay i n benefits t o c l i e n t and f a i l u r e to answer the Request fo r Investigation of the Grievance Adminis- t r a t o r , taking a fee and f a i lu re t o perform incorporation and making f a l s e statement t o c l i e n t regarding f ac t s of incorporation, as well as f a i l u r e to answer the Request fo r Investigation in regard to the Complaint of said corporate c l i e n t . Respondent was charged with violations of GCR 953, Canon 6 , DR 6-101, Canon 7, DR 7-101. The Hearing Panel dismissed the a1 1e gation regarding fa i 1u re t o incorporate and misrepresentation t o said corporate c l ien t . The Panel did find tha t Respondent had neglected the personal injury and Social Security matters and fa i led to answer the Request f o r Investigation of the Grievance Administrator in violation of DR 6-101 (3 ) and G C R 953 ( 4 ) ( 7 ) . The Panel assessed costs i n the amount of $246.50. The Board reduction,with Opinion, h t i i n o t been appealed.
