The Grievance Administrator f i l e d a Complaint f o r Interim Suspension charging tha t Respondent was 1i censed to practice i n Mich- igan on or about January, 1967, tha t he had been suspended f o r a period of s ix months by a Panel of the former State Bar Grievance Board effect ive June 22, 1978, and has not f i l e d a Petit ion f o r Rein- statement, t ha t on July 18, 1979, Respondent's l icense to practice was suspended f o r an additional ninety (90) days and no action fo r automatic reinstatement therefrom has been taken. The Complaint a lso charged tha t Respondent was sentenced by the Maricopa County Superior Court (Arizona) t o serve a term of no t less than nine years nor more than ten years f o r grand the f t by fa l se representation and perjury (two counts) and tha t Respondent was disbarred from the prac- tice of law in the Sta te of Arizona. The Grievance Administrator's Compl a i n t sought Interim Suspension despite Respondent Is i nabi 1i t y t o appear for adjudication of the matter pursuant to GCR 953 and 969.1.
