This is to inform the Courts of the State of Michigan of t he following Order of Discipline:

NOTICE OF REVOCATION File Nos. DP-25/80, and DP-66/80 ERIC E. ZISMAN, (P22748), 1529 Broadway, Suite 200, Detroit, Mi 48226, by Attorney Discipline Board Oakland Circuit Hearing Panel " I " .

( 1) Revocation; (2) Effective August 26, 1980. Respondent was charged in two ( 2 ) separate Formal Complaints with: (1 ) violations of a prior discipline Order of Suspension, to-wit: failure to pay costs assessed in the amount of $371.65, failure to notify clients of his suspension, and willful continuation of t he practice of law, including appearances in Detroit Recorder's Court and Oakland County Circuit Court , said omissions and ac t s constituting contempt of t he Discipline Board and Supreme Court , contrary to GCR 953; ( 2 ) Filing a bankruptcy petition on behalf of a client in the name of another non-resident at torney, counseling said client to falsely advise the Court regarding the reasons for the non-resident at torney's inability to a t tend t h e f i rs t meeting of creditors, and that Respondent endorsed a check for legal fees made payable to said non-resident at torney without the knowledge o r consent of same, in violation of Canon 1, D R 1-102(A)(1-6) and CCR 953(1-4); (3 ) Failing to answer t h e Request for Investigation filed by said bankruptcy clients, in violation of CCR 962.2(b) and 953(7); (4) Representing said clients in bankruptcy pro- ceedings and otherwise holding himself out a s a licensed practitioner while suspended from the practice of law, in violation of CCR 953( 1-4) and (8) .

The Hearing Panel determined that Respondent had violated the disciplinary and court rules a s alleged in t he Formal Complaints and rendered a suspension of th ree (3) years and assessed costs in t he amount of $842.28.
