On September 15, 1981, the Atrorney Discipline Board issued a Notice of Suspension of JAMES H. LOREE, ( P167991, 25130 Southfield Road, Suite 201, Southfield, Michigan 48075; the suspension of 121 days was made effective retroactively to July 14, 1980. The Notice incorrectly stated that the Hearing Panel found that both Counts of the two Count Complaint were proven by the Grievance Administrator. I n fact, the Hearing Panel dismissed Count I1 of the Complaint which alleged that Respon- dent failed to answer the Grievance Administratxx's Request hr Investigation i n violation of GCR 962 and 95 3 (7.).
