This is to inform the Courts of the State of Michigan of the following Order of Discipline: NOTICE OF SUSPENSION PENDING APPEAL File No. DP-205180 JAMES H. LOREE, (P167991, 25130 Southfield Road, Suite 201, kuthtield, Michigan, 48075, by the Attorney Discipline Board, Wayne Circuit Hearing Panel "K". ( 1) Suspension; (2) Effective retroactively, July 14, 1980 (3) For a period of 121 days. The Panel found that the Respondent was retained in a certain probate mattei and refused, neglected or failed to complete the matter and by his own omission caused suspension of the fiduciary, and that Respondent, despite repeated re- quests, failed to return certain securities to the heirs, in violation of GCR 953 (1-4) and Canons 6, 7, and 9 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, to-wit: DR 6-101 (Aj (31, DR 7-101 (A) (1-3) and DR 9-102 (B) (2-4). The Panel also found that the Respondent failed to answer the Grievance Administrator's request for investigation in regard to said estate matter in violation of GCR 962 and 953 (7). Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Panel found that the allegations of fact were admitted and each and all the facts alleged were found to be correct. Despite the retroactive nature of the Discipline Order, Respondent remains suspended pending reinstatement proceeding required tor suspensions of 121 days or more.
