The Di scipl ine Board Hearing Panel rendered a suspension of 121 days. Respondent appealed t o the Discipline Board which reduced the suspension by one day, thereby allowing for automatic reinstatement pursuant to GCR 972. Because of the lapse of an interim order granting stay of the panel-imposed d isc ip l ine , Respondent's suspension was ef fec t ive from March 26, 1980, through July 23, 1980. An appeal by the Attorney Grievance Commission i s now pending.
