Respondent has f i l e d Application f o r Leave t o Appeal i n the Michigan Supreme Court. The Formal Complaint charged t h a t Respondent was convicted of two separa te felony charges i n October, 1976; an appeal of these convict ions has been pending. A Hearing Panel o r i g i n a l l y conducted
a hearing on t he Formal Complaint of the Grievance Administrator i n Apri l , 1978, and issued an Interim Report and Order holding the mat ter in abeyance pending the criminal appeal . The Discipline Board issued the Order of Interim Suspension and an Opinion i n support thereof pursuant t o G C R 969.1.
