COOPER ( P I 2206), 19623 Plymouth Road, Detroit, M I 48228, by Attorney Discipline Board Wayne Circuit Hearing Panel "3". The Grievance Administrator filed a 24-count Formal Complaint alleging numerous instances of serious neglect of pending client matters, failure t o answer several Requests for Investigation made by the Grievance Administrator, failure t o respond to numerous inquiries by several cl ients regardi ng the progress of said cl ient matters, fai 1u re to account for substantial client funds, failure to insti tute suit on behalf of certain clients and failure to respond t o the inquiries I' of said clients. The Complaint alleges numerous violations of Canons 1 , 6, 7 and 9 of the Code of Professional Responsi bi 1 i ty, as well a s GCR 953. Pursuant t o the entry of a Default and Respondent's failure t o answer o r otherwise appear and after independent effort to subpoena and otherwise locate Respondent, the Panel entered an Order of Indefinite Suspension pending further Order of the Panel, the Board o r the Supreme Court. The Suspension i s effective August 5, 1980.
