t h a t the c l i e n t l o s t t h e i r cause o f act ion; f a i l u r e and re fusa l t o pay a judgment entered against Respondent f o r l ega l malpract ice i n the handl ing o f sa i d c l i e n t ' s matter; f a i l u r e t o answer the Grievance Admini s t r a t o r ' s Request f o r Inves t iga t ion ; and openly engaging i n the p rac t i ce o f law i n v i o l a t i o n o f At torney D i s c i p l i n e Panel and Board Orders o f Suspension and Denial o f Stay o f Suspension, c o n s t i t u t i n g contempt o f sa i d Orders. The Formal Complaint charged Respondent w i t h v i o l a t i n g Canon 1, DR1-102(A) (1 ) (3-6), Canon 6, DR6-101 (A) (3), Canon 7, DR7-101(A)(1-3), GCR 1963, 953 (1-4) and (7), and GCR 1962.1 and .2.
The Panel found t h a t the charges contained i n the Formal Complaint were proven and considered c e r t a i n evidence i n m i t i ga t i on , as we l l as Respondent's record o f previous d i s c i p l i n e , i nc lud ing Reprimands and Suspensions o f 150 days and one year.
