(1) Suspension; (2) For a period of s ix ty (60) days; (3) Effective April 13, 1980.
The Formal Complaint charged and the Hearing Pane1 found: Count I . That Respondent was retained t o recover sickness and accident benefits from an insuror and assured the c l i e n t tha t said l i t i - gation had been s ta r ted and tha t thereafter Respondent fa i led to respond to repeated inquiries of her c l i en t , constituting misconduct, in violation of Canon 6, DR6-102(A) (3) and Canon 7, DR7-101 (A)(2-3), and GCR 953(1-4) ;
Count 11. That Respondent f a i l ed to answer the Request for Investigation forwarded by the Grievance Administrator. A second four- count Complaint charged, and the Hearing Panel found, tha t Respondent, upon receiving substantial re ta i ner fees from two separate cl ients , fa i led to take any action in f i l i n g divorce complaints as promised for said cl ien t and fa i led to answer two separate Requests for Investigation made by the Grievance Admini s t r a t o r involving violations of Canon 1, DR1-102 ( A ) (1 ) (5-6), Canon 6, DR6-101 ( A ) ( 6 ) , Canon 7, DR7-101 ( A ) (1 -3) , and GCR 953 as well as GCR 962.1. The Hearing Panel reported tha t the charges contained i n both complaints were admitted by the Respondent and considered certain evidence in mitigation. The Panel did not make a finding of a violation of Canon 1 as alleged in the second Complaint.
