Respondent was charged i n a s i x (6 ) count Formal Complaint w i t h t he following: preparation and submission t o t h e Recorder's Court and the Wayne County Auditor, f a l s e and f raudulent vouchers containing requests f o r payment f o r se rv ices a l l eged ly rendered t o approximately s i x t y seven (67) indigent defendants ; and t h a t Respondent received, under f a l s e pretenses, reimbursement from the County of Wayne a s a r e s u l t of sa id vouchers; and t h a t , a s a r e s u l t of sa id f raudulent vouchers and rece ip t of sa id payments, Respondent was charged w i t h obta ining money under f a l s e pre tenses and entered a plea of g u i l t y t o a charge of Attempted Larceny by Trick over one hundred d o l l a r s ($100.00), a felony i n v io la t ion of MCLA 750.356.
