The Formal Complaint charged Respondent w i t h neglect of a c i v i l s u i t r e s u l t i n g i n the t o l l i n g of t h e S t a t u t e of Limitations and a l o s s of t h e c l i e n t ' s cause of a c t i on f o r se r ious and extensive i n j u r i e s . Respondent was f u r t h e r charged with making f a l s e repre- s en t a t i ons regarding the a l leged progress of s a id suit . The Complaint a1 l eges viol a t i ons of Canon 1 , DR1-102(A) (1 ) (4 ) ( 5 ) ( 6 ) , Canon 6 , DR6-101 ( A ) ( 3 ) , and Canon 7 , DR7-101 ( A ) (1 ) (2 ) ( 3 ) ; Respondent was f u r t h e r charged w i t h a v io la t ion of former Supreme Court Rule 15 r e l a t i n g t o t he S t a t e Bar, Section 2 ( 1 ) ( 2 ) ( 3 ) .
The Hearing Panel found Respondent t o be i n v io la t ion of each of t he aforementioned d i s c i p l i n a r y r u l e s . The former S t a t e Bar Grievance Board affirmed the Pane l ' s decis ion by Order dated June 30, 1978.
