The Panel considered two separate pr ior d isc ip l inary suspensions.
The Grievance Administrator and Respondent f i l e d Petitions f o r Review o f the Panel decision. The Attorney Discipline Board a f f imed the decision o f the Hearing Panel, confirming the effective date of suspension as December 17, 1979.
