This i s to inform the Courts of the State of Michigan of the following final Order of Discipline: NOTICE OF SUSPENSION File Nos. 36976 & 36980 KENNETH D. HARRISON ( P I 4689), 14024 Eureka Road, Southgate, M I 48195, by Attorney D-iscipline Board Wayne Circuit Hearing Panel 12. (1 ) Suspension; ( 2 ) For a period of four years or until further order of the Supreme Court, to run concurrently with a previous suspension; 2 '8 ( 3 ) Effective sepYember 4, 1979, effective date of prior suspension order.

The Formal Complaint charged that Respondent: Negl ected certain civil l i t igat ion which had been pending for approximately f ive years and which was dismissed for lack of progress; that Respon- dent made fa l se and fraudulent statements to the cl ients regarding the progress of said l i t igat ion; that Respondent fai led t o answer the Grievance Administrator's Request for Investigation in regard t o said matter; that Respondent failed to appear for a scheduled hearing in a probate matter, resulting in a court decision contrary to the interests of Respondent's cl ients, and that Respondent fa i 1e d to advise his clients of said court ruling; and that Respondent failed t o respond to the Grievance Administrator's Request for Investigation made in regard t o the probate matter. Without addressing the counts alleging fa i lure to answer the two Requests for Investigation, the Panel found that the Grievance Administrator had proven the substantive charges involving neglect, fraudulent misrepresentation and fa i lure to advise clients. The Panel considered a hi story of prior discipl inary action.
