Doug1 as M. Denney (PI 2681 ) , 206.W est Grand, Mt. Pl easant, Michigan 48858, by the Upper Peninsula Hearing Panel #2, effective April 23, 1979. Respondent was charged with five counts of misconduct involving: neglect of two separate domestic relations matters; false representations to the clients in said matters; failure to carry out contracts of employment; failure to seek the lawful objectives of said clients resulting in prejudice or damage to said clients; and failure to answer the Grievance Administrator's Requests for Investigation.
A Default was entered upon Respondent's failure to answer the formal complaint. Upon consideration of the evidence submitted, the hearing panel concluded that Respondent had violated the following rules as alleged in the Formal Complaint: DR 1-102 (A) (1) (4) (5) (6); DR 6-101 (A) (3) ; DR 7-101 (A) (1 ) (2) (3) a,pd SCR 15.2 (1) (2) (3) (4) (7).
