ORDER OF SUSPENSION 35/30&-ff
DAVID P. HUTHWAITE (P15307) 1010 Pontiac State Bank B u i 1d ing, Pontiac, I.-lichigan 48058, by Oak1 and County Hearing Panel No. 1 for a period of 60 days, e f fec t ive February 15, 1979. Respondent was charged with two counts of misconduct including f a i l u r e t o carry out a cont rac t o f employment with a c l i e n t and neglect of sa id c l i e n t ' s probate e s t a t e and Respondent f a i l ed t o respond t o the Request f o r Investigation served upon h i m by the Grievance Adminstrator. The formal complaint included al legat ions of violat ion of the following discipl inary rules: Chon 6 DR 6-101 ( A ) ( 3 ) , Canon 7 DR 7-1 01 (A) ( 2 ) , Canon 2 DR 2-106 ( A ) and former Supreme Court Rule 15.2 (1-4) and (7).
The Hearing Panel concl uded t h a t the Grievance Administrator submitted su f f i c i en t proofs and Respondent had acknowledged culpabi l i ty for a substantial portion of the conduct alleged in the complaint. The Panel found v io la t ions of DR 6-101 (A) ( 3 ) , DR 7-101 ( A ) ( 2 ) and the former Supreme Court Rule 15.2 (2) , ( 4 ) and (7) . The Panel did not find a violat ion of Canon 2 DR 2-106 nor SCR 15.2 (1) or (3) .
