Based on respondent's conviction, by guilty plea, in the 22 nd Circuit Court to two felony counts of Health Care Fraud in violation of MCl 752.1003(1), the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be revoked.
Respondent filed a petition for review and, on March 20, 2009, the Attorney Discipline Board issued an order affirming the hearing panel's order of revocation. Respondent filed a motion for reconsideration which was denied by the Board on May 5, 2009. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,180.71.
