On September 21, 2022, Tri-County Hearing Panel #9 entered an Order of Suspension and Restitution (By Consent), suspending respondent from the practice law in Michigan for 90 days, effective October 13, 2022. On January 4, 2023, respondent, Phillip D. Comorski, submitted an affidavit pursuant to MCR 9.123(A), attesting that he has fully complied with all requirements of the panel’s order and will continue comply with the order until and unless reinstated. The Board was advised that the Grievance Administrator has no objection to the affidavit; and the Board being otherwise advised;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that respondent, Phillip D. Comorski, is REINSTATED to the practice of law in Michigan effective January 11, 2023.
