ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT Issued by Attorney Discipline Board 333 W. Fort St., Detroit, Michigan 48226

On November 4, 2022, Tri-County Hearing Panel #18 entered an Order of Suspension and Restitution (By Consent), suspending respondent from the practice law in Michigan for 30 days, effective November 29, 2022. Respondent’s motion to modify the effective date of the order of suspension from November 29, 2022 to December 14, 2022 was granted in an order issued on November 23, 2022. On January 16, 2023, respondent, William Otis Culpepper, submitted an affidavit pursuant to MCR 9.123(A), attesting that he has fully complied with all requirements of the panel’s order and will continue comply with the order until and unless reinstated. The Grievance Administrator did not file an objection to respondent’s affidavit pursuant to MCR 9.123(A); and the Board being otherwise advised;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that respondent, William Otis Culpepper, is REINSTATED to the practice of law in Michigan effective January 24, 2023.
