NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC INTERIM SUSPENSION

Jack Benjamin Wolfe, P 39667, West Bloomfield, Michigan

 

Effective February 15, 2024[1]

 

On February 15, 2024, respondent was convicted by guilty verdict of two (2) counts of forgery of document affecting real property; and two (2) counts of uttering and publishing a document affecting real property, which constitute violations of the following: MCL 750.248b and MCL 750.249b, felony offenses, in State of Michigan v Jack Benjamin Wolfe, Wayne County Circuit Court, Case No. 22-001341-01-FH.  Upon respondents conviction and in accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended.

 

Upon the filing of a judgment of conviction, this matter will be assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings.  The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel under MCR 9.115(J).
