On May 8, 2024, the Attorney Discipline Board issued an Order Reducing Suspension From 180 Days to 60 Days and Affirming Condition, suspending respondent’s license to practice law effective, June 6, 2024. On August 5, 2024, respondent filed an affidavit of compliance as required by MCR 9.123(A). The Grievance Administrator filed an objection to respondent’s reinstatement on August 13, 2024. The Board denied the objection and reinstated respondent’s license to practice law in Michigan effective August 27, 2024.
