Dismissal - Effective January 3, 2018.

The Grievance Administrator's formal complaint arises out of an order sanctioning respondent in a divorce case handled by respondent in 2012 and 2013 in Oakland County. During the course of the proceedings, the panel was apprised of procedural irregularities in the prosecution of this matter it found so significant that dismissal, in its judgment, was required. No costs were assessed against respondent.
