NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC INTERIM SUSPENSION Case No. 17-131-AI Notice Issued: November 6, 2017 Hussian Saleh, P 72484, Melvindale, Michigan. Effective October 31, 2017. On October 31,2017, respondent entered a guilty plea to a charge of conspiracy to obtain United States passport by false statement of fraud, in violation of 18 USC §§ 371 and 1542, a
felony, in the matter of United States of America v Hussian Saleh, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Upon acceptance of the plea by the court respondent was convicted and, in accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended.
