DISMISSAL Case No. 16-140-MZ (Ref. 15-148-GA) Andrew J. Kozyra, P 38309, Dryden, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #62.

Dismissal, Effective August 9, 2017 A show cause hearing was held in this matter on March 27, 2017. As a result of that hearing, the Grievance Administrator filed a Proposed Order to Amend the Conditions in the Order of Suspension and Restitution. No objections being filed to the proposed order, the panel ordered that the restitution provision in the March 14, 2016 Order of Suspension and Restitution (By Consent), in Grievance Administrator v Andrew J. Kozyra, Case No. 15-148-GA, would be amended to allow for payments of $200.00 per month to Christine Piefer, until $1,250.00 was paid in full; and, once Ms. Piefer was paid then respondent is to make monthly payments to the State Bar of Michigan Client Protection Fund to reimburse it in full for the $3,250.00 that was paid to Brittany Carter. Further, the panel ordered that the show cause proceedings in this matter be dismissed without prejudice to the filing of a future petition for an order to show cause based upon any new violation. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,660.34.
