NOTICE OF SUSPENSION Case No. 17 -34-RD Notice Issued: June 9,2017 Chong S. Kim, P 56716, Palisades Park, New Jersey, by the Attorney Discipline Board. Suspension - 90 Days, Effective June 9, 2017 In a reciprocal discipline proceeding under MCR 9.120(C), the Grievance Administratorfiled a certified copy of an order suspending respondent's license to practice law for a period of three months, entered by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, on January 10, 2017, effective February 10, 2017 (In the Matter of Chong S. Kim, an Attorney at Law).

An order regarding imposition of reciprocal discipline was served upon respondent on April 20,2017. The 21-day period referenced in MCR 9.120(C)(2)(b) expired without objection by either party and the respondent was deemed to be in default. Based on that default, the Attorney Discipline Board ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 90 days. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,515.42.
