NOTICE OF SUSPENSION Case No. 16-113-JC

Notice Issued: March 27, 2017 David T. Madden, P 77342, Ann Arbor, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #4.

Suspension - One Year, Effective March 25,2017 Respondent was convicted by guilty plea of operating while visibly impaired, a misdemeanor, City of Ann Arbor v David Terence Madden, 15th District Court Case No. 16-0060-0D. Based on respondent's conviction, the panel found that he committed professional misconduct that violated a criminal law of a state or of the United States, contrary to MCR 9.104(5). The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for one year. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,677.22.
