Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for 30 days effective September 8,2016. In accordance with MCR 9.123(A), the suspension was terminated with the respondent's filing of an affidavit of compliance with the Michigan Supreme Court on October 10, 2016.

The Grievance Administrator has filed a petition for review seeking an increase in discipline, and this matter has been scheduled for hearing before the Attorney Discipline Board on December 14,2016.
