ORDER AFFIRMING INVOLUNTARY DISMISSAL AND DENIAL OF MOTION FOR ADDITIONAL FINDINGS

On May 21, 2014, Kent County Hearing Panel #3 of the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order in this matter granting respondent's motion for involuntary dismissal and dismissing the matter in its entirety. On July 8, 2014, the hearing panel issued its decision denying petitioner's motion for additional findings. Petitioner filed a petition for review on July 25,, 22014.

The Attorney Discipline Board has conducted review proceedings in accordance with MCR 9.118, including review of the record before the hearing panel and consideration of the briefs and arguments presented to the Board at a review hearing conducted on September 17,2014.

NOW THEREFORE, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying opinion, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing panel's order granting respondent's motion for involuntary dismissal, issued May 21,2014, and decision regarding motion for additional findings, issued July 8,2014, are AFFIRMED.
